Registration Procedure of Trademark Registration
- Online & offline mode availbale- TM-1 Form use.
- TM Requisition Form alongwith required documents.
- Colour printout or soft copy of Brand Name logo with Tegline in JPEG or PDF Format.
- Power of Attorney – Form TM-48.
- Select the Class under registration to be apply.
- Pay required Govt. Fees.
- Use symble word – "TM" with your logo after applied, use ® symble after sucessuly registered with the department.
(Note: For final approval for registration can be more than 18 month)
